Where are your products made?

Isaware pieces are made to order by hand in Washington state, USA. 

Do you ship internationally?

We do ship internationally via USPS International. Customers are able to see global shipping options upon checkout where prices vary depending on region/country. For additional questions, feel free to email us at shop@isa-ware.com and we can provide a more detailed estimate. 

What is a preorder?

We offer preorders to give our customers the opportunity to reserve an item before the item is ready to ship. Placing a preorder ensures that you will get the style you want before it sells out. When purchasing an item on preorder you will be charged in full at the time you place the order. The preorder delivery date is the date we expect the item to be available for shipment to you. This date is an estimated date. We are unable to guarantee delivery dates for preorder items due to potential unforeseen delays that are out of our control. Preorder items are sold on a first come, first serve basis. If for some reason we cannot fill your order we will issue a refund in full.

What is your return policy?

Due to the infancy of our company we cannot accept returns at this time. We do not have the infrastructure in place to do so. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order please contact us directly at shop@isa-ware.com and we will work individually with you to remedy the situation.

Undeliverable,  Refused / returned international shipments

If you decide to refuse any shipments from isaware, you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties, taxes and/or customs charges that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to PIPE AND ROW.  This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit, or refund.
